This Privacy Policy explains how Arkealia LLC ("Arkealia", "we") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit arkealiaplus.com or buy our botanical face oils, serums, body moisturizers, natural soaps, candles, gift kits, refills or an Arkealia Plus subscription. Information we collect

Information you give us: name, e-mail, phone, shipping and billing address when you place an order, start an Arkealia Plus subscription, ask a question about a formula or contact customer care.

Information collected automatically: device type, browser, IP-derived approximate location, pages and products viewed, cart activity, cookies and similar technologies.

Information from payment processors: confirmation that a payment was approved or declined and the last digits and brand of the card. We never see or store full card numbers.

We do not ask you to disclose medical conditions, diagnoses, prescriptions or treatments in order to buy. If you volunteer such details in a support e-mail, we use them only to answer you and we never forward them to advertising platforms.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, to manage Arkealia Plus renewals, shipment intervals and cancellations, to answer your requests, to send transactional messages (order confirmation, tracking, renewal reminders, refund notices).

To improve the website and our product pages, to prevent fraud and chargebacks, and — with your consent where required — to send marketing e-mails and to measure the performance of our advertising.

Cookies, pixels and advertising

Google: we use Google Analytics to measure traffic and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing cookies, which may show you Arkealia ads on Google, YouTube and partner sites after you visit arkealiaplus.com.

Meta: we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (server-side). These send page views, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase events, plus hashed identifiers such as e-mail, so purchases can be attributed. We do not send health information, skin or scalp conditions, allergies or any personal condition to Meta.

TikTok: we use the TikTok Pixel to measure ad-driven visits and purchases. No health or condition data is sent.

Native advertising: Taboola, Outbrain and NewsBreak set cookies and tags on our site to attribute clicks from articles and recommendation widgets to visits and orders.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser and opt out of interest-based advertising in Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, TikTok's ad personalization settings and in the Taboola, Outbrain and NewsBreak opt-out pages. Blocking advertising cookies does not stop you from ordering.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us operate: website hosting, payment processing, carriers and fulfilment for shipping, e-mail delivery, customer support and analytics; when required by law; or in a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information. Sharing data with advertising platforms for measurement and remarketing may be treated as "sharing for targeted advertising" under some U.S. state laws — see the section below to opt out.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt out of targeted advertising. Write to [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To unsubscribe from marketing e-mails, use the link at the bottom of any message. Cancelling marketing does not cancel an Arkealia Plus subscription; see the Terms of Use for that.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (order and tax records are kept for the legally required period), and protect it with reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transmission at checkout.

Children and age

Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Purchases and Arkealia Plus subscriptions are for adults 18 or older, and our ads on Google, Meta, TikTok and native networks are targeted to adults only.
