Arkealia is an independent brand. This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain or NewsBreak.
What we sell and who may buy
We sell botanical personal-care products: facial oils, serums, body moisturizers, natural soaps, aromatic candles, refills and gift kits, inspired by ancestral beauty ingredients and rituals.
These are cosmetics for external use and scented home items. They are not medicines, not dietary supplements and not a treatment for any condition. Always read the ingredient list; if you are sensitive to a botanical ingredient, patch-test first or ask us at [email protected] before ordering.
You must be 18 or older to place an order or start a subscription.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the charges described there. Before you confirm payment, the final review screen shows the item price, any applicable shipping cost, taxes and the total you will be charged. There are no hidden or post-purchase fees.
An order is confirmed when payment is approved and you receive a confirmation e-mail. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.
Arkealia Plus subscription
Arkealia Plus is an optional recurring plan that delivers your chosen favorites (including refills) on a repeating schedule. It is never added automatically: you select it deliberately and it is clearly labelled as a subscription.
Before you confirm, the subscription page shows the recurring price, the delivery interval you selected and the date of the first renewal charge. The same recurring price and interval are repeated in your confirmation e-mail and in every shipment notice.
The subscription renews automatically at the stated interval and price, using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
To cancel or change the interval, use the link in your account or in any Arkealia Plus e-mail, or write to [email protected] or call +15512732773. Cancellations take effect for the next scheduled charge; an order already processed for shipping is handled under the Refund Policy.
Shipping and refunds

Intellectual property
All content on the website belongs to Arkealia or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. This includes formulas descriptions, photography, packaging design and the Arkealia and Arkealia Plus names.
No guarantee of results
Results depend on individual factors; we do not promise specific outcomes. Skin, hair and comfort responses vary with skin type, climate, routine and consistency of use.
Nothing on this site is medical advice and no Arkealia product claims to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
